Exploring Diverse and Inclusive Education Through Multiple Intelligences (MI) Theory and Design

テーマの概要

Based on MI theory, there are many ways to learn the same concept. Teaching and learning a concept do not have to be the same for every learner. In this research project, students will first learn about MI theory. Then after, using the concepts of MI theory and the design process, students will design educational activities or simple tools to help school students learn difficult concepts or topics. In this way, teaching and learning do not need to be a mass production process. We can consider how to customize teaching and learning according to individual strengths in the different types of intelligences.

到達目標

Students should be able to understand and apply the concepts of MI theory in their future studies and also to help others. In addition, students should challenge themselves to present their research in English at overseas or local conferences.
